Delightful crisp lemon hues, bright and evocative. Lifted fruit aromas are dominant within the bouquet displaying characters of gooseberry/tropical fruit, herbaceous notes and some citrus.

What has finally transpired is this fantastic and really true to style New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with all of its delicacy and finesse. Importantly however, the wine also displays complexity and a little power and weight as the highest quality Sauvignon Blanc should. The palate provides rich mouth feel and balanced “zingy” acidity. Delightful crisp, lively characters of lychees and lemon continue on the palate and on to a long lasting and quite rich finish.

The wine is unique, complex and multidimensional in its structure.
